Live QA Co-ordinator |

Job Description:
Work close with online department, Tokyo office, LA office and external partners to support our online games and the business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist on producer work for online games and online business
- Contact potential alliance companies for partnership and prepare business plans
- Assure the quality for all online games and PC titles
- Compile/analyse data and prepare reports
- Coordinate with Tokyo and Los Angeles offices
- Work close with our online communities in Europe and organise activities for our Fans
Requirements:
- Valid work permits for UK
- Good PC and network knowledge
- Experience on online community activities
- MMORPG experience (worked or played)
- Bilingual in English and French or German (Business level)
- Project management experience
- Excellent communication skill
- Able to work flexible hours and travel abroad
- Familiar with Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook
- Online business experience, marketing experience or data analysis skills are advantages
- Web designing knowledge is an advantage
- Japanese skill is a plus
Contract type: Full-time
Report to: Community & Service Manager
Starting Date: November 2008
Salary: Competitive, including paid overtime provision

GAME MASTER (English & French or English & German language)
Coordinates with:
European Customer Services Manager
European Customer Service Supervisor
GM Supervisor
Main Responsibilities of Role:
- Answer community incidents via in-game tools and e-mail
- Forward technical incidents to Information Centre Team
- Handle and manage the population:
- Solve various disputes and monitor inappropriate behaviour between users
- Follow official and non-official websites and forums to stay informed about the community
Skills required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & French or English & German
- Previous experience in Online / Web activities
- Strong motivation & high level of commitment
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Fluent in English
- Flexibility with working hours
- Passion for playing MMORPGs
- Good knowledge of FINAL FANTASY XI
Advantageous Proficiencies
- MMORPG working experience is preferred but not essential
- Customer Service working experience is also preferred
- Knowledge of online community forums
- Knowledge of other European languages
- Proficiency with MS Office tools
Location: Central London
Reports to: GM Supervisor
Contract: Permanent

Job Description
- Game testing and proof-reading: identifying and reporting linguistic mistakes (spelling, punctuation, grammar etc.) as well as functional game defects
- General tasks related to the quality assurance (QA) process
Skills Required
- Excellent native-level British English, French, Italian, German or Spanish language skills with a keen eye for mistakes
- Good communication skills in English required for all applicants
Recommended
- Knowledge of Square Enix, role-playing and console games
- Interest in or enthusiasm for computing
Pluses
- Previous experience in video games localisation or QA
Rate of Pay: £6 per hour
Work Hours: 20 to 37.5 hours per week (flexible)
Holidays: 20 days per annum, pro rata
