FINAL FANTASY VII, originally released in 1997 and recorded worldwide sales of over 14 million units, was brought back with modern technology through the FINAL FANTASY VII remake project. The second installment in the trilogy - FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH - was released on the PlayStation®5 in February 2024 and received high acclaim and many awards throughout the world.
And now, FINAL FANTASY REBIRTH is coming to the PC platform.

① Provide a deeper sense of immersion
The expression of light have been significantly improved throughout the entire game, due to adjustments made to lighting.

② Implemented a wide variety of running modes
So that you can start playing as quickly as possible with configuration that is optimal for the PC you use, we have implemented three default graphics options: High, Middle, and Low. We have performed optimization so that a wide variety of set-ups can be accommodated, in hopes that as many people as possible can play this game.
Also, there are new features, including support for high framerates up to 120 fps.
In addition to that, we are currently performing optimization of the Steam® version so that gameplay on the Steam Deck can be supported.

③ Graphics quality optimized for gameplay on the PC
The level of detail in background models and the stage/background texture MIP maps levels can be adjusted in the options.
By doing so, the overall polygon and texture density of a scene when set to a higher quality will be improved over the original, allowing for a more beautiful and detailed background when playing the game.

④ Improved performance
With NVIDIA DLSS support, framerate improvement and image upscaling is possible. Plus, varied refresh rate (VRR) is supported as well.

⑤ Optimized for playing on the PC
It goes without saying that you can connect the DualSense wireless controller via wire connection to use the same controls as the PS5 version, but the PC version also supports keyboard + mouse controls, to allow for more options for playing on the PC. Highly customizable, you may assign keys for basic controls and minigame controls separately.
