Guidelines for posting videos,
images, and livestreaming
All copyrighted works comprising “DISSIDIA DUELLUM FINAL FANTASY” (the “Service”), including images, videos, characters, and music, are the property of Square Enix Co., Ltd. (“Square Enix”) or the respective rights holders of such works. Reproduction or distribution without the prior permission of Square Enix or the respective rights holders is prohibited. However, these copyrighted works may be used solely within the scope of the following [Permitted Uses] and subject to the following [Usage Conditions].
[Permitted Uses]
- Using game images and gameplay videos (including live streams; hereinafter referred to as “Game Materials”) of the Service for personal use on your own blog, X (Twitter), or other microblogging platforms.
- Sharing Game Materials on video-sharing sites such as “Nico Nico Douga” or “YouTube” (including linking to the URL or thumbnail of such videos on personal blogs, X (Twitter), or other microblogging platforms for personal use).
[Usage Conditions]
・Game Materials related to collaborations with games other than
this Service may not be
used.
・The title logo of this Service and the corporate logo of
Square Enix may not be used. Streaming
gameplay footage where the logo appears naturally within the game screen (such
as the home screen or UI) is not
restricted.
・Game Materials that constitute spoilers must clearly display a
“spoiler alert” notice in the
title, video description, or similar location to prevent ruining the experience
for other players. If it is
difficult to determine whether the content is a spoiler, please display a
“spoiler alert” notice out of
consideration for other players.
・Please refrain from posting Game Materials that have been
edited or modified beyond the
following.
・Change video size (scale)
・Change video file format and compression rate
・Trim part of video (cropping)
・Apply gamma correction to video
・Remove or edit to prevent the display of spoiler-equivalent
content as specified above
・Process images or videos from battles to obscure or apply a
mosaic to the names of other players
displayed, excluding your own name
・When posting or streaming Game Materials you may use the title
of this Service and the name of
our Company, solely for the purpose of indicating that the Game Materials are
from this Service. However, the use of
Square Enix’s logo and this Service’s title logo is prohibited.
・When posting or streaming Game Materials, clearly state the
copyright holder's attribution and
any restrictions on reuse in a prominent location where they can be easily
found.

This page uses images owned by Square Enix Co., Ltd. Reproduction or
distribution of these images is prohibited.

・Sites or services that are only aimed at users aged 18 or

・Sites or services that operate illegally or infringe standards
of public moral decency.

・Please refrain from engaging in any behavior that could lead
to defamation or slander against
specific players.
・You must immediately comply with any request from Square Enix
to remove Game Materials,
regardless of whether Square Enix provides a reason for the request or not.
Square Enix reserves the right to
require removal of any content incorporating the Game Materials that it deems to
be inappropriate in its sole
discretion.
・When publishing Game Materials that display the names of other
players during battle, please do
so at the user's (player's) own responsibility.
・When disclosing your own user ID, please note that you do so
at your own responsibility.
・When purchasing the virtual currency “Mog Pay,” your account
ID may be displayed on the purchase
screen. Please be aware of this when using such screens in Game
Materials.
・Square Enix makes no warranties whatsoever regarding the
posting of Game Materials based on
these guidelines, including but not limited to the non-infringement of
third-party rights. Furthermore, Square Enix
shall not be liable for any damage incurred as a result of using such Game
Materials, nor for any disputes arising
with third parties, including other players.
・If you use Game Materials outside the Permitted Uses, or if
you violate the Usage Conditions,
Square Enix may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service.
Square Enix may also seek compensation
for any damage incurred by the Company as a result of such use.
